Q: Will students have the opportunity to request course changes?
A: No. Due to limited flexibility in the new timetable, and to minimize movement between cohorts, our usual process is not possible.
Only exceptional circumstances that meet one or more of the following criteria will be considered:
-Level change
-Missing post-secondary prerequisite or graduation requirement (Gr. 11 and 12 only)
-Improperly sequenced prerequisite(s)
-Course scheduled that has already been completed (ex. in Summer School)
Students may submit a "Special Timetable Request" by emailing their guidance counsellor.
These requests will be sorted by grade and addressed in the following order (Grades 9, 12, 10, 11). 
Guidance Counsellors will attempt to fulfill requests that meet the above criteria and respond by email. If the change is possible, the email response will include a copy of the new schedule.
Students will be expected to follow their current timetable until a new one is issued.
The Student Services office will be closed to students for COVID safety until further notice.
