Nepean offers grade Applied, Academic, and Enriched 9 and 10 courses in:
English, Math, Science, Core French, Geography and History

Nepean offers senior Advanced Placement courses and examinations in English, French, Calculus, Chemistry, Biology and History.
Students who successfully complete AP exams are exempted from the related first-year university course at most Canadian universities.

Nepean offers a full French Immersion program leading to an OCDSB FI certificate.

Nepean offers more Enriched grade 9 and 10 courses than any other OCDSB high school.
At Nepean, enriched courses can be taken in any combination with other courses, from a single enriched course to a total of five.
